Description
Das Bauvorhaben ist ein Neubau i.S.v. Art. 2 Abs. 3 BayBO und besteht aus einem zweigeschossigen Schulgebäude mit angeschlossener, eingeschossiger Pausenhalle, welche zwei bestehende Schultrakte verbindet. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten finden im Wesentlichen auf allen Außenwandflächen von EG bis 1. OG des Neubaus statt. Die Einbauhöhe (OK Raffstore im 1. OG) beträgt ca. 7,70 m über OK Gelände (= -0,70m FFB) Weiterhin wird ein P-R Fassadenelements als Dachoberlicht mit Schrägverglasung in ca. 4,30 m Höhe über dem MZR ausgeführt. ca. 142,00 qm Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade (Aluminium) ca. 18,00 qm Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade (Aluminium) mit F-60 Anforderung Fensterelemente (Aluminium), bestehend aus Aluminium-Laibungsverkleidung mit integrierten Führungsschienen für den Sonnenschutz und Absturzsicherung, Aluminium-Außenfensterbank, Aluminium Raffstore - Kasten, Aluminium Rahmen und Flügel der Fenster- und Fenster-Tür-Elemente - 62 Stk. Fensterelemente - B/H variieren von ca. 5.000 x 2.750 mm bis 750 x 1.460 mm - 2 Stk.
