Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb spočívajících zejména v provedení projektové činnosti, inženýrských činností, jakož i výkonu autorského dozoru v souvislosti s prováděním stavebních úprav MENDELU Innovation Hub (dále jen „předmět zakázky“), a to pro dílčí část č. 1 s názvem „Přestavba části vnitřních prostor na inovační výukové centrum“ (dále také jako „Dílčí část č. 1“) a dílčí část č. 2 s názvem „Rekonstrukce obálky budovy“ (dále také jako „Dílčí část č. 2“, Dílčí část č. 1 a Dílčí část č. 2 dále společně jako „Dílčí části“ a jednotlivě též jako „Dílčí část“).
