Description
Η Μελέτη αφορά στην εκπόνηση όλων των απαιτούμενων μελετών προκειμένου να υλοποιηθεί η κατασκευή του νέου προσήνεμου μόλου με τις νέες λιμενικές εγκαταστάσεις τριών νέων κτιρίων (Κτίριο Λιμενικού Ταμείου-Λιμεναρχείου, Επιβατικός σταθμός και βοηθητικοί χώροι) συνολικού εμβαδού 1.440 m2 και τα απαιτούμενα δίκτυα υποδομών ηλεκτρομηχανολογικά, ύδρευσης – άρδευσης και αποχέτευσης. Θα γίνει ειδική αρχιτεκτονική μελέτη για την διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος χώρου εκτός των νέων κτιρίων συνολικού εμβαδού 7.500 m2. Θα τροποποιηθεί τέλος η υφιστάμενη χερσαία ζώνη λιμένα (ΧΖΛ) Χερσονήσου και θα προταθεί νέα θαλάσσια ζώνη λιμένα (ΘΖΛ), ώστε να συμπεριληφθούν τα νέα έργα που θα κατασκευασθούν.
