Deze opdracht betreft een meerjarige overeenkomst voor het leveren van ICT materiaal compatibel met de beheerssystemen Linux en Microsoft Windows. De opdrachtnemer beschikt door de gunning van de opdracht niet over een exclusief recht om alle opdrachten, zoals deze die het voorwerp uitmaken van onderhavig bestek, uit te voeren. De aanbestedende overheid kan op eender welk moment een of meerdere van deze of gelijkaardige opdrachten toevertrouwen aan een derde.
