Description

In het gemeentepark van Schoten worden in de zomer verscheidene festiviteiten georganiseerd die elk een eigen accommodatie (tent, …) hiervoor gebruiken. Lokaal Bestuur Schoten heeft beslist om ook voor 2026-2029 de zomertent zelf te huren en deze dan ter beschikking te stellen van de diverse organisaties. De zomertent zal zowel gebruikt worden door zowel externe organisaties als interne organisaties, zijnde lokaal bestuur Schoten zelf. Hierdoor dienen gebruiks- en veiligheidsvoorschriften door de leverancier opgemaakt te worden en overhandigd te worden bij gunning zodat lokaal bestuur Schoten deze aan de externe organisaties kan overhandigen.
