Omschrijving opdrachtgever De drie gemeenten Ermelo, Harderwijk en Zeewolde hebben hun bedrijfsvoering, waaronder inkoop en gebouwbeheer, ondergebracht bij de gemeenschappelijke regeling Meerinzicht. Meerinzicht werkt voor een regio met circa 100.000 inwoners. Meerinzicht treedt in deze procedure op als penvoerder en contractmanager. De uiteindelijke overeenkomsten worden echter rechtstreeks afgesloten met de respectievelijke gemeenten afzonderlijk (Ermelo, Harderwijk en Zeewolde). De contactpersoon, zoals weergegeven in Mercell, treedt op als procesbegeleider en inkoopadviseur. Aanleiding De huidige MJOP's van de drie gemeenten lopen binnenkort af of behoeven een kwalitatieve actualisatieslag. Om te komen tot een toekomstbestendig en uniform MJOP (waarin bijvoorbeeld ook duurzaamheidsmaatregelen worden geïntegreerd), willen de gemeenten de markt consulteren alvorens de definitieve aanbestedingsstrategie te bepalen.   Doel marktconsultatie Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is Hoe de markt de omvang en scope van deze gezamenlijke uitvraag beoordeelt.
