Die OBS Marklohe wird umfassend saniert und erweitert . Dafür wird das bestehende Schulgebäude der OBS Marklohe bis auf die tragende Stahlbeton-Skelett-Konstruktion zurückgebaut. Die innere Raumaufteilung wird neu strukturiert, um das neue Raumprogramm unterzubringen und um dem aktuellen Raumbedarf gerecht zu werden. Die Außenfassade wird in einer Holztafelbauweise erstellt. Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich um: Installation von Lautsprechern, Verstärkern, Mikrofonen, Lichttechnik, Verlegung und Anschluss von DMX-, Lautsprecher- und Datenkabeln, Installation von Leinwand, Laserprojektor, Zubehör, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation der Technik
