Description
Autoritatea contractanta, prin aplicarea prezentei proceduri, intenționează să achiziționeze medicamente, pentru realizarea actelor medicale la standardele de calitate impuse de legislația în domeniul serviciilor medicale. La finalul procedurii de achizitie publica, autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord cadru pentru fiecare lot in parte, cu primii 3 operatori economici ale caror oferte au fost stabilite ca fiind castigatoare; acord-cadru cu o durata de 24 luni pentru loturile: 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160 si 48 luni pentru restul loturilor, de la data semnarii acestuia. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru precum si ale contractului subsecvent sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini. Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari este in a 11-a zi inainte de data si ora limita de depune a ofertelor, cu conditia ca operatorul economic sa solicite clarificarea in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 Comunicare, respectiv 18 zile.
