AC doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului,in baza referatelor de necesitate nr.277/30.07.2024 si 288/05.08.2024 aprobate de conducerea unitatii si avizate prin Hotararea nr. 12/26.08.2024 a Consiliului de Administratie al Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare,actualizate conform publicarii modificarilor CANAMED incepand cu data de 01.08.2024.Misiunea SJUSM este prestarea unui act medical de calitate, într-un mediu sigur și confortabil,astfel încât pacienții să beneficieze de cele mai bune îngrijiri.Principiul de baza al politicii noastre in domeniul calitatii este orientarea catre pacient pentru ai identifica cat mai exact nevoile si asteptarile si a le satisface prin furnizarea de ingrijiri individualizate,tratand pacientul in unicitatea lui si nu boala ca patent general conceptualizat. In realizarea obiectivelor specifice ale institutiei este indispensabil rolul medicamentelor furnizate pacieților deoarece influențează în mod direct actul medical,gradul de satisfacție al pacienului și rezultatele obținute.Nu ne putem permite punerea in pericol a sanatatii si vietii pacientilor prin expunerea la riscurile associate lipsei medicametelor.Astfel, in …
