Description
The scope of this procurement procedure is the provision of Media Monitoring services to the European Investment Bank Group. The potential Service Provider needs to provide professional communication monitoring and analytical services to the EIB Group covering online, traditional, and social media. The services need to enable the EIB Group to analyse and monitor the quality and quantity of its communication activities and impact as well as manage and assess reputational risk’ and key audiences' demand and reactions/activities.
