Description
Albeda wenst de dienstverlening op het gebied van media inkoop te contracteren. Daarom is Albeda op zoek naar een vaste leverancier voor het o.a. voeren van onderhandelingen met exploitanten van media over een gunstige prijs of andere voordelen t.b.v. adverteerder (aanbestedende dienst) inclusief bijbehorende media administratie. Scope Expliciet buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding val de creatie (vormgeving) van media. Uitzondering hierop is vormgeving / inrichting van Social Media (o.a. LinkedIn en Facebook) dit valt nadrukkelijk wel binnen de scope van de opdracht. Meer informatie over de definitie van de opdracht kunt u vinden in het aanbestedingsdocument. De omvang van de opdracht is circa € 750.000 per jaar inclusief btw (€ 500.000 voor Albeda en € 250.000 voor TCR). De omvang van de opdracht ( € 3.000.000 inclusief btw over de looptijd, inclusief de media uitingen) is zo nauwkeurig mogelijk bepaald. Indien de opgegeven omvang eerder wordt gerealiseerd dan de einddatum van de raamovereenkomst wordt de opdracht (voortijdig) opnieuw aanbesteed.”
