Het ontwikkelen van een online en offline mediastrategie en de uitvoering en evaluatie hiervan voor (het bereiken van) de doelgroepen van Onderwijsgroep Tilburg (en de merken waar zij mee werkt). De omvang van de opdracht is: De omvang van deze opdracht is niet volledig vooraf vast te stellen, maar de maximale waarde wordt geschat op € 1.000.000 inclusief btw voor de komende vier jaar. Daar valt onder andere begeleiding/advies, inkoop, campagnes en vacatures onder.
Award criteria
- Quality — Bij het onderdeel kwaliteit geeft inschrijver antwoord op twee open vragen in PDF bestand. Voor de antwoorden op de open vragen moeten inschrijvingen minimaal de helft van het totale aantal punten…
