Mechanical services maintenance tender to maintain and service the Institute’s mechanical systems. The mechanical services tender includes the planned preventative maintenance and emergency call-out service for the mechanical services systems in all buildings in IADT, Kill Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. In addition, it includes reactive non-emergency maintenance, rectification of defects and the carrying out of repairs, replacements and upgrades to plant or systems.
