Procedura este inițiată pentru asigurarea cu materiale sanitare/ dispozitive medicale pentru tratarea pacienților internați în cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Recuperare Cluj-Napoca. Grupul ţintă sunt pacienţii cu afecţiuni cardiologice tratați ai Programului Național de Boli Cardiovasculare și nu numai. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de dat limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
