Description
Autoritatea contractanta doreste achizitionarea produselor de osteosinteza conform celor descrise in caietul de sarcini, impartite in 56 loturi. Obiectivele specifice ale achizitiei vizează sustinerea si imbunatatirea actului medical. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si caracteristicile tehnice, se poate considera ca achizitia are un grad mare de complexitate. Specialistul solicita demararea procedurii de achizitie publica cu respectarea lotizarii din referat de necesitate NR.10/14.02.2024, iar motivul pentru care solicita comasarea produselor intr-un singur lot la loturile 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 43, 49, 51, 52 este urmatorul: produsele sunt destinate tratamentelor unor patologii complexe care necesita compatibilitatea intre ele cat si cu instrumentarul, motiv pentru care loturile respective constituie un ecosistem interdependent. Aceste interventii chirurgicale devin mult mai dificile sau chiar imposibile in situatia in care implanturile folosite nu sunt din acelasi sistem, achizitia lor devenind astfel inutila.
