Das Ziel der Anschaffung eines maskenlosen Laserlithographie Systems ist es, nahezu jedes Lithographie Muster ohne Fotomaske zu entwerfen und zu schreiben. Nach unserer Erfahrung erfordert dies die höchstmögliche Auflösung, Geschwindigkeit und Flexibilität. Der Anbieter muss sicherstellen, dass das angebotene System die technischen Spezifikationen erfüllt: siehe Anlage 2
