Description
Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität beabsichtigt die Anschaffung einer (1) Lithographieplattform zur maskenfreien Erzeugung hochpräziser Mikro- und Nanostrukturen, einschließlich der Software für die Steuerung des Geräts und zur Mustererstellung, die mindestens die folgen-den technischen Leistungsparameter erfüllen muss. Das Nettokostenbudget von 237.000,00 US$ darf nicht überschritten werden, bei Überschrei-tung behält sich die Vergabestelle den Angebotsausschluss vor. Liegen alle Angebote über diesem Betrag ist die Vergabestelle berechtigt die Ausschreibung aufzuheben. The Friedrich Schiller University intends to purchase one (1) lithography platform for the mask-free generation of high-precision micro- and nanostructures, including the software for controlling the device and for pattern generation, which must fulfil at least the following tech-nical performance parameters. The net cost budget of 237,000.00 US$ may not be exceeded; if this amount is exceeded, the awarding authority reserves the right to exclude the tender. If all bids exceed this amount, the awarding authority is authorised to cancel the invitation to tender.
