Description
La présente consultation concerne uniquement le lot 03 - Courant fort - courant faible - SSI. Les travaux à réaliser portent sur la rénovation lourde de l'ensemble du niveau 12, sur une surface de 4 100 m², de l'IGH Adulte de Timone 1. Les travaux impacteront également les niveaux 11 et 13 qui sont occupés et dont la continuité d'activité est imposée. Le nouvel aménagement permettra de disposer sur le niveau de 2 unités conventionnelles de Neurovasculaire pour un total de 44 lits et d'une unité de 3 secteurs de 8 box de soins intensifs neurovasculaire pour un total de 24 box. Cette dernière unité bénéficie d'un traitement d'air spécifique de type réanimation. Le capacitaire du niveau sera de 68 lits dont 24 box individuel de soins intensifs. Les travaux seront réalisés en deux phases. Le lot 03 constitue un Accord-cadre mono-attributaire de forme « composite » comprenant : - Une part à marché ordinaire à prix forfaitaire (prestations décrites dans la DPGF); - Une part à accord-cadre à bons de commande, avec un maximum de 75 000 euro(s) HT pour la consignation des réseaux. Il prévoit une clause d'insertion obligatoire (article 1.6 du règlement de la consultation)
