Description
Deze marktverkenning dient ter voorbereiding op de Europese aanbesteding voor warme dranken automaten en vending automaten (snoep en frisdrank), inclusief levering ingrediënten en operating/ onderhoud van de automaten. De doelstelling van de Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van twee afzonderlijke overeenkomsten: per perceel wordt één overeenkomst gesloten met één leverancier, waarbij een leverancier slecht één perceel gegund kan krijgen. Om deze aanbesteding op een goede wijze in de markt te zetten, organiseert de HvA/UvA deze marktverkenning. Indien tot een aanbesteding wordt overgegaan, zal deze bekend gemaakt worden via Mercell. De publicatie zal naar verwachting plaatsvinden in Q1 2026. De ingangsdatum van de nieuwe overeenkomst is januari 2027.
