Description
NAL-regio Oost zit in de verkenningsfase voor een nieuwe concessie en onderzoekt verschillende mogelijke modellen. Doel is om te komen tot meer flexibiliteit die aansluit bij de actuele ontwikkelingen in publieke laadinfrastructuur, zoals veranderende energiebeprijzing, nieuwe laadoplossingen, slim laden, omgaan met netcongestie, circulariteit en energielevering. Om een goed beeld te krijgen van de kansen, risico’s en voorkeuren in de markt, wordt met deze marktverkenning input gevraagd aan relevante partijen zoals charge-point-operators (CPO’s), aannemers, energiecoöperaties, energieleveranciers en financiers. De opbrengst van deze marktverkenning dient als input voor de verdere beleidsvorming en het ontwerp van een nieuw concessiemodel.
