Das IT-Dienstleistungszentrum Berlin (im Folgenden „ITDZ Berlin“) beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines Vergabeverfahrens den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit einer Laufzeit von 48 Monaten, über Unterstützungsleistungen für Incident Response und Forensik. Bei dieser Bekanntmachung handelt es sich um eine Markterkundung gemäß § 28 Abs. 1 Vergabeverordnung (VgV). Hierbei wird kein öffentlicher Auftrag vergeben, sondern lediglich Informationen eingeholt.
