Description

Dunea bereidt zich voor op de toekomstige aanbesteding van de website en Mijn Dunea. De huidige digitale omgeving ondersteunt onder andere publieke informatievoorziening, selfservice, klantenservice, storingen en onderhoud, Mijn Dunea, het zakelijk klantportaal en het meterstandenportaal. De huidige technische omgeving bestaat onder meer uit Sitecore XM, Azure B2C en een Web Application Firewall. Het doel van de aanbesteding is om halverwege 2028 een nieuwe website in gebruik te nemen die Dunea voor langere tijd ondersteunt bij het realiseren van haar doelstellingen. We verwachten ontwerp, ontwikkeling, beheer en doorontwikkeling als één opdracht in de markt te zetten. Omdat technologie, interactiepatronen en klantverwachtingen snel veranderen, gaan we vooraf met marktpartijen in gesprek. Hun inzichten helpen ons de uitvraag scherp te formuleren en een toekomstbestendige keuze te maken, met stabiliteit waar nodig en flexibiliteit waar gewenst.
