Description
Met de voorgenomen aanbesteding beoogt RWS de continuïteit van de dienstverlening en de uitvoering van overheidstaken voor 13 schepen te waarborgen door middel van het inzetten van satellietcommunicatie voor maritieme toepassingen. Deze communicatieoplossing dient voor zowel dataverbinding voor zakelijke doeleinden, als voor Crew Welfare. Er dient te worden voorzien in abonnementen, apparatuur, service en support. De leverancier moet in staat zijn samen te werken met RWS voor het realiseren van een veilige verbinding naar het netwerk van RWS, conform de BIO (Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid), en met de gecontracteerde werven die in het onderhoud van de schepen voorzien. Beoogd wordt een contract te sluiten voor de duur van tenminste 3 jaar met eventueel optionele verlengingen. Verwezen wordt naar het marktconsultatiedocument.
