Description

Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is het verkrijgen van inzicht in de mogelijkheden die de markt te bieden heeft op het gebied van digitale sleutelkluizen /elektronische sleutelkasten/geautomatiseerd sleutelbeheer. De gemeente Venlo beschikt over meerdere ambtelijke locaties met uiteenlopende beveiligings- en toegangsvoorzieningen. Veel deuren zijn, naast het geautomatiseerde toegangssysteem, voorzien van cilinders, waardoor er een grote hoeveelheid sleutels in omloop is. Niet iedere medewerker heeft toegang tot alle ruimtes; sleutels worden uitsluitend verstrekt op basis van toegekende autorisaties. Facility Management beheert deze autorisaties en is verantwoordelijk voor de uitgifte en inname van sleutels. Een deel van de sleutels is permanent toegewezen aan medewerkers op basis van hun functie of rol, terwijl andere sleutels tijdelijk worden uitgegeven voor specifieke werkzaamheden of reserveringen. Voor dit beheer beschikt Facility Management over een voorraad sleutels, inclusief reserves, die momenteel zijn opgeslagen in eenvoudige sleutelkluizen.
