Description
Marktconsultatie: Radboudumc is in de veronderstelling dat slechts de zittende leveranciers kunnen voldoen aan levering van de benodigde spinale implantaten en toebehoren. Om dit te verifiëren is deze marktconsultatie gepubliceerd. Als blijkt dat er inderdaad geen alternatieve leveranciers zijn, dan zal Radboudumc overgaan tot de Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging (artikel 2.32 Aanbestedingswet) met de huidige partijen, met als doel een raamovereenkomst aan te gaan voor een periode van 4 jaar. De opdracht wordt opgedeeld in 2 percelen. De percelen worden apart gegund. Voor nadere beschrijving van de opdracht en percelen, zie Mercell T40365.
