Deze marktconsultatie wordt uitgevoerd namens en voor afdeling CIb.Z&O.MLU uitgevoerd. Wij zouden het op prijs stellen indien u de tijd en moeite wilt nemen onze twaalf vragen te beantwoorden en ons daarmee verder te helpen om goede aanbestedingsdocumenten op te kunnen stellen. Het IUC-RIVM is voornemens een Raamovereenkomst t.b.v. de integrale dienstverlening rondom afvalwaterbemonstering Europees aan te besteden. Meer achtergrondinformatie is beschreven in hoofdstuk 3. Het IUC-RIVM hecht grote waarde aan de mening van marktpartijen en wil hen raadplegen voordat een aanbesteding van start gaat. Ter voorbereiding op de aanbesteding wordt daarom een schriftelijke marktconsultatie gehouden. In de marktconsultatie wordt aan marktpartijen informatie gevraagd die kan helpen bij de uitwerking van de aanbesteding. De informatie en kennis die worden verzameld kunnen bijdragen aan een betere aanbesteding.
