Het Militair Revalidatie Centrum (MRC) Aardenburg heeft een viertal verschillende medische Producten van fabrikant Motek Medical staan waarvoor onderhoud en doorontwikkeling nodig is. Van alle vier de onderstaande apparaten is er één exemplaar aanwezig bij het MRC te Doorn, de Producten zijn: • Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment (CAREN Extended) • Gait Real-time Analysis Interactive Lab (GRAIL) • C-Mill VR+ • Dynamic Stability and Balance Learning Environment (DynSTABLE) Scope: Voor de bij MRC aanwezige CAREN Extended, GRAIL, C-Mill VR+ en DynSTABLE : • Directe technische ondersteuning middels een helpdesk van maandag t/m vrijdag van tenminste 09:00 uur tot 17:00 uur (met uitzondering van nationale feestdagen) met direct toegang tot technische kennis van het product; • Jaarlijks preventief onderhoudsbezoek; • Maandelijks preventief servicebezoek; • Firmware-updates; • Software updates/ upgrades inclusief bug fixes; • Correctief onderhoud, doorontwikkeling en verhuizing; • Het ontmantelen, verhuizen en in bedrijf stellen van de producten; • Upgrade en vervanging van de installed base van CAREN Extended; Onder de dienstverleningsovereenkomst is het niet mogelijk …
