IPO/BIJ12 wil aan de hand van dit document een marktconsultatie uitvoeren ter voorbereiding op een eventueel op te starten aanbestedingstraject met betrekking tot het inrichten en beheer van een cloud platform en circa twaalf applicaties cloud geschikt maken en beheren.
