Description
Er is gekozen om een marktconsultatie uit te voeren voornemens een Europese aanbesteding betreffende Inbraak- en brandveiligheidsinstallaties in de markt te zetten. Op welke manier of in welke vorm dit plaats zal vinden is nog niet bekend. De reden is te toetsen of de wijze waarop we de aanbesteding willen insteken door de markt, beantwoord kan worden en ons in de gelegenheid stelt de beste partij aan ons te binden. Doelstelling hierbij is te komen tot een kwalitatief hoogwaardige aanbesteding die uiteindelijk leidt tot een succesvolle uitvoering. DHS acht de kennis van de marktpartijen van groot belang.
