Description
In voorbereiding op een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure wordt deze marktconsultatie uitgevraagd. Het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap is voornemens om een Europese Aanbesteding op te starten voor Huisvestingadviesdiensten. De opdracht betreft het leveren van huisvestingsexpertise en projectcapatiteit met een integrale blik op het hele bedrijfsvoeringswerkveld t.b.v. de vermelde dienstonderdelen van het ministerie van OCW. De beoogde organisatie dient zowel junior als senior opdrachten op verzoek voor OCW te kunnen uitvoeren in het gehele land. Er wordt passende capaciteit gevraagd voor zowel zware als minder zware projecten en adviestrajecten in relatie tot huisvesting, Soms wordt daarbij dus een integrale benadering gevraagd. Dat betekent dat geschikte functionarissen ingezet moeten kunnen worden met uit kennis van zaken van aspecten als HR, werken in een politiek bestuurlijke omgeving en digitalisering. Het doel voor OCW is om, daar waar we zelf onvoldoende capaciteit/ kennis hebben om het zelf te doen, dit snel in te kunnen huren.
