Gemeente Nijmegen is voornemens een opdracht in de markt te zetten voor een bouwteamovereenkomst ten behoeve van de hoofdinfrastructuur de Grift. Ter voorbereiding op deze voorgenomen aanbesteding en met het oog op een zorgvuldige en proportionele uitvraag, voert de gemeente Nijmegen een schriftelijke marktconsultatie uit. Met deze marktconsultatie wil de gemeente Nijmegen inzicht verkrijgen in de mogelijkheden, aandachtspunten en randvoorwaarden vanuit de markt.
