Description

De afdeling Cardio-thoracale Chirurgie van het Radboudumc richt zich op de chirurgische behandeling van hart- en longziekten. Momenteel heeft de afdeling 7 hart-longmachines in gebruik. Hiervan zijn er twee open, vier gesloten en één links-links. De twee open machines zijn reeds afgeschreven en aan vervanging toe. De vier gesloten machines moeten op termijn vervangen worden. De afdeling is daarom voornemens om in de loop van de tijd zes hart-longmachines te vervangen.
