Description

Na de ingebruikname van het vernieuwde gebouw aan het Frederiksplein is het beheer en onderhoud gedurende de eerste twee jaar ondergebracht binnen de aannemingsovereenkomst. Deze fase diende als overgangsperiode waarin de bouwaannemer verantwoordelijk was voor het technisch functioneren van het gebouw en het waarborgen van de continuïteit. Ter voorbereiding op een Europese Aanbesteding, voert DNB nu een marktconsultatie uit. Wij nodigen geïnteresseerden van harte uit om een reactie in te dienen.
