Description
De provincies hebben zich verenigd met als doel om gezamenlijk de Applicatie Financieel Toezicht (AFT) 2.0 aan te besteden. De provincies vertegenwoordigd door BIJ12 wil aan de hand het gepubliceerde document een marktconsultatie uitvoeren ter voorbereiding op een eventueel op te starten aanbestedingstraject. Het doel van deze marktconsultatie is te onderzoeken of er partijen zijn die willen en kunnen meedoen met een dergelijke aanbesteding, welke oplossingsrichting de markt adviseert, welke informatie minimaal nodig is om een goede aanbieding te kunnen doen en wat de kosten zijn. AFT 2.O applicatie voor nader te bepalen aantal provincies en gelieerde organisaties.
