Description
Aanleiding Het Sociaal Domein (o.a. contractmanagers, klantmanagers, werkgeversadviseurs) heeft veel zakelijke contacten met ondernemers en met (zorg)partners en wenst integraal met elkaar te kunnen samenwerken. Om de zakelijke relaties professioneel te kunnen managen is een functioneel relatiebeheersysteem onmisbaar. Daarom willen we een (standaard) applicatie inkopen en die daarna implementeren. Om andere gemeentelijke afdelingen de mogelijkheid te geven t.z.t. in (aparte administraties binnen) dezelfde applicatie te werken, is het afsluiten van een schaalbaar contract de inzet, waarbij elk domein/afdeling/team zijn eigen licenties betaald en eindverantwoordelijk is voor zijn/haar eigen implementatie als geheel (proces, mens, techniek).
