Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is conducting a market survey in order to get an overview of what systems are available in the area. The aim of a register will be an important tool in the Contracting Authority ́s work on ethics and anti-corruption. The register shall contribute to control and transparency around connections that can lead to impartiality in accordance with the Public Administration Act and the Procurement Act. This shall be done by assisting employees with having control of and being open about conditions and connections that can lead to being, or perceived as, partial/biased. The impartiality register is therefore a tool for preventing incapacity and supporting an openness culture. The tool helps our employees have control over their own relationships, roles and ownership.
