A market survey (RFI) is a non-binding enquiry from the contracting authority, where they would like input from suppliers before any procurement. Oslobygg is announcing a new framework agreement for the delivery of bio oil for heating purposes for its properties. A market survey shall, thus, be carried out to check with the market on the tenderer ́s status for electric or hydrogen progress for tank vehicles that transport flammable goods in accordance with the update of the 1 January 2025 ADR regulations.
