Bodø municipality needs better capacity in nursery places in Tverlandet due to the current operation being in temporary module buildings ("barracks" at Engmark) and an older building (Maurtua bhg). This market survey is seeking to provide information to Bodø municipality on the market so that private developers would like to build a new nursery at Løding and run this privately. It is possible to be able to build houses in the same area.
