Blue Sea Power is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced, qualified and capable contractors for a Shipyard Engineering, Procurement and Construction services contract to design and build four Floating Regasification Storage and Power Barges to be tendered at a later date. The purpose is to carry out a market survey to seek expression of interest from experienced, qualified and capable contractors for a Shipyard Engineering, Procurement and Construction services contract to design and build four Floating Regasification Storage and Power Barges, to be tendered at a later date. Contractors expressing an interest to participate in the market survey should contact the nominated person to commence the prequalification process.
