Lørenskog municipality would like to hold a written market dialogue prior to the procurement of a top system for the Control Plant System, which shall cover current and future needs connected to efficient operation, there is a need for an overall system system that safeguards a general and common platform for all central processing plants with an option for external access. Furthermore, there is a need for functionality that safeguards a more efficient service production.
