Market dialogue regarding procurement of a newsletter platform for Aarhus University A platform is needed to manage the distribution of e-mail newsletters at Aarhus University (AU) to both employees and external recipients. It is important that editors can perform most of the setup independently without relying on technical support, so we are looking for a solution that is simple and intuitive for our users. The platform must accommodate both frequent and occasional users, including editors from both the central administration and the faculties at Aarhus University. These editors have different needs for a newsletter solution, and the platform must therefore be able to handle newsletters with very different requirements for design, content, consent, tracking, etc. As part of preparing the procurement process, including the preparation of tender material, AU wishes to gain a thorough understanding of the market and the available solutions.
