Tromsø municipality invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with. competition for a contract for alterations to the emergency doctor surgery in Tromsø. The current emergency doctor surgery shall be expanded from approx. 450 m2 to 900 m2. In addition, some functions shall be reconstructed, and a new administrative part shall be attached to the emergency doctor surgery.
