Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a market dialogue on a planned procurement of a new energy follow-up system (EOS). The aim of the market survey is to facilitate for the best possible future competition and delivery of a new energy follow-up system. Interested tenderers are requested to read the market dialogue ́s other documents for more information. See the previous market dialogue, which was announced 16.05: https://doffin.no/notices/2024-107244 This was announced without possibility for communication in the KGV. The new notice has been updated so that it is possible to communicate and deliver the response form in the KGV.
