Description
This document is an invitation to a written market dialogue for the establishment of a new NVE framework agreement for competence in model building. This is a trade competence that NVE has not previously procured directly, and we are unsure what competence and suppliers are in the market. Through the market dialogue, NVE is seeking to make possible suppliers aware of the upcoming competition. NVE also wants feedback on: Whether there are conditions or requirements in the competition documents that make it difficult to submit a tender. How can this change in order to increase the possibility of more good offers? Whether it would be easier to submit a tender if the competition was divided into several sub-areas. Approximate number of relevant resources that the tenderer can use within each of the competence categories.
