Banedanmark expects to publish the tender for acquiring a solution to monitor and diagnosing railway telecommunications and signalling systems in Spring 2026. To be sure that the process for tender and the contract is aligned with the capabilities of the market, Banedanmark wishes to invite potential vendors for a written market dialogue and verbal hearing regarding the upcoming tender for acquiring a solution to monitor and diagnose railway telecommunications and signalling systems. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get the markets feedback on the scope and if it is aligned with the market regarding the composition of the products/services, the commercial conditions, the price structure, market conditions, risks, and the partnership after having entered the contract etc. In that way Banedanmark will be able to optimize the tender material accordingly to how the market is today before making the tender public.
