Description
The NPO currently has a contract for collecting and providing access to data from its own social media channels. This contract is set to expire. The purpose of this market consultation is to gain insight into the available solutions for collecting and providing access to social media data (a Social Media Analytics tool), including dashboarding capabilities. This will support us in determining a suitable procurement strategy and identifying potential suppliers that can meet our needs.
