Description
A all-covering marine nature chart will be an important knowledge basis for the management, which will make early phase area planning of marine areas more knowledge based and efficient. The marine nature map project and the developed map will also be important for the work on national nature accounts. The map will also form an important knowledge basis for use in preliminary work in connection with mapping in accordance with marine instructions, which will be completed in 2026. Here, maps will usually prepare predictive maps of the project area before more detailed mapping is carried out (area slave limitations of nature types and locality quality mapping). A marine nature map will be important data basis for the prediction chart and will be of great help in the selection process for more detailed mapping of the relevant nature types.
