Conformément aux termes et aux conditions du présent cahier spécial des charges, l’adjudicataire s’engage vis-à-vis du pouvoir adjudicateur à la livraison de licences logicielles Salesforce en mode cloud (par exemple le mode SAAS) et des services annexes de l’éditeur pour les besoins du Centre d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise (CIRB (Paradigm),et pour les besoins des potentiels pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires du présent marché, dans le cadre de la centrale d’achats du CIRB (Paradigm). Voir le chapitre A.1.5 pour le détail.
