Description

Le présent marché de travaux a pour objet l'entretien préventif et curatif, et les travaux sur les ascenseurs du patrimoine de Hauts-de-Seine HABITAT (4 Lots). Contexte : Renouvellement des 4 marchés arrivant à échéance maximale (4e année d'exercice) afin d'assurer : - L'entretien préventif et curatif des ascenseurs - Les travaux de modernisation ou de remplacement complet Objectifs à atteindre dans le cadre de cette consultation : - Un taux de disponibilité du parc des ascenseurs de 98,5% et 8 pannes - La rénovation du parc des ascenseurs - Des travaux d'installation de nouveaux ascenseurs Le détail des prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP et ses annexes joints au DCE.
