Description

Le marché a pour objet l'acquisition, la location et la maintenance de véhicules utilitaires neufs et/ou reconditionnés pour les besoins de la Ville du Plessis Robinson. Les prestations objet du marché seront traitées en applications des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du CCP et des prix unitaires du (des) catalogues du titulaire (pour lesquels ce dernier a pu concevoir une remise au moment du dépôt de son offre (Cf. art.8.1 de l'AE). Le montant annuel maximum prévisionnel HT du marché est estimé à 400 000 Euros HT/an. En tout état de cause, le montant maximum du marché, sur la durée totale est fixé à 1 600 000 Euros HT. Les spécifications techniques attendues sont précisées dans le CCTP.
